Our simple custom made process

Sapphire and design

Every design starts with the perfect Sapphire and we have extensive range of Australian, Madagascan and Sri Lankan Sapphires to choose from.
We will also talk to you about the design of your ring, metal choice and finger size.

Crafting your ring

Once the design and Sapphire are chosen, we will require 20% deposit before crafting your ring.
We will keep you up to date with some progress photos, so you can see your ring come to life.

Collection & aftercare

Your ring will be ready for collection within 3 to 4 weeks, but if you need your ring urgently, please let us know as soon as possible.

Sapphires require more frequent cleaning and we offer this service for free, anytime.
